Astrea recently advised Emi Equipement Maintenance Industrie, a company where amongst others Vybros Invest has invested in, with the acquisition of Decran, active in the production, supply and installation of steel doors and joinery.
With this transaction, Emi Equipement Maintenance Industrie expands its expertise in industrial doors and gates and creates several synergies between its portfolio companies.
