Mai Nguyen has been practising law since 2010 and has built up particular expertise in corporate litigation, i.e. corporate law disputes brought before courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels, such as in the context of liability of directors and other corporate bodies before or after bankruptcy, conflicts between shareholders, proceedings concerning the compulsory acquisition of shares, takeover claims, and all types of restructuring within and outside judicial insolvency proceedings.
