Berten is part of the team specialising in commercial and economic law.
Within this team, he focuses primarily on commercial disputes and providing advice on commercial contracts, as well as on insolvency law, attachment and enforcement law, and commercial law in the broadest sense.
Berten obtained his Master’s degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2023 and is a member of the Antwerp Bar. He speaks Dutch, English and French.
