Arthur is part of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions team.
Within corporate law, Arthur focuses on advising and assisting clients on mergers and demergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, start-ups, and venture capital.
He obtained his Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 2019 and his additional Master's degree in Corporate Law in 2020. In 2023, he successfully completed his postgraduate studies in corporate finance at KU Leuven.
Arthur is a member of the Antwerp Bar.
