Astrea Corporate / M&A partner Steven De Schrijver has contributed as the Belgian expert to the IR Global Virtual Round Table Series publication “Slaying Uncertainty – Assessing the contribution of insurance to the M&A process”.

IR Global’s Virtual Series publications aim to provide an insight into challenges and opportunities identified by specialist practitioners and brings together members from various jurisdictions to discuss a specific practice area-related topic.

In the present publication, a panel of 6 experts from a variety of jurisdictions (Belgium, Germany, Italy, UK, USA and the Netherlands) discuss the current trends with regard to insurance in M&A transactions.
